Our pipeline ingests publicly available data published by public bodies, extracts structured fields — crime type, actor demographics, situational context, and commercial risk signals — and geolocates each incident automatically. The result is a live dataset that powers risk analysis, hotspot detection, and spatial research.
We built Locus42 to make public safety data accessible to insurers, real estate professionals, researchers, and city planners who need accurate, street-level intelligence — not aggregated statistics.
